Third Sector & Community Organisations

We often relate enterprise to business. But it is just as much about taking ideas and bringing them to life. And the benefits don't have to be financial - they can help communities, the environment - a whole host of stakeholders.

In Bristol, we have an array of committed charities, community groups and social enterprises. Why not use Bristol Enterprise Week as an opportunity to get involved and tell us what you're doing and how well you're doing it?

How?

Social Enterprise Day (19th Nov) is about encouraging people to use enterprising ideas for social and environmental change. With the media spotlight on the day, why not use it as an opportunity to launch a new initiative, project or research findings? You can also raise awareness and engage with the community through local forums, competitions or events.

As Bristol will be buzzing about enterprise, you could take the opportunity to engage with business? Done strategically, this can reap considerable rewards on both sides. Business in the Community has developed a toolkit to help you do this effectively - download it here.

If you can't manage any of these, feel free to come along and network at one of the free events during the week - Calendar & Full Details of Events. Whatever you choose, there's sure to be someone interested in finding out more about you and your cause.
